TECA - BO (Total Ear Canal Ablation - Bulla Osteotomy)

TECA-BO - a great article for anatomy and approach. ⁠ ⁠ There is an excellent article looking at the anatomy and approach for TECA-BOs. I revise this prior to every TECA-BO. The key with this procedure is to stay very close to the cartilage of the ear canal, to avoid key neuro-vascular structures.
