You often don't need to look far to find your inspiration.
This is my Mum receiving her OBE (officer of the British Empire - now up there with Victoria Beckham and Dan Carter) for her work writing maths textbooks for schools around the world.
Mum also had a career whilst raising children, so provided the perfect role model for me.
